Duncan McCreary
Duncan is a partner at Eanet McCreary LLP and handles a variety of litigation matters, including cases involving real estate, intellectual property, business and commercial disputes, and employment actions. Routinely appearing in federal and state courts throughout California and Nevada, Duncan is a trial court veteran and has extensive experience in every phase of litigation.
Prior to founding Eanet McCreary LLP, Duncan was a senior associate at Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi, LLP, a top tier national law firm. Most recently, Duncan has litigated a wide variety of matters including multiple commercial real estate deficiency lawsuits involving property located in California and Nevada, a breach of contract lawsuit involving commercial equipment leases, a wage and hour class action filed against a major Southern Californian employer, and a wrongful foreclosure lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court.
Before joining Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi, LLP, Duncan spent approximately six years practicing law with Kohrs & Fiske, LLP, a boutique labor and employment law firm located in Santa Monica. During his tenure with the firm, Duncan gained both bench and jury trial experience while successfully defending numerous litigation matters. Duncan’s success also extended to the California Courts of Appeal, where he argued multiple matters. One such appearance resulted in the Page v. Los Angeles County Probation Dept. (2004) 123 Cal.App.4th 1135 decision.
Duncan obtained his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and his B.A. in Classics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
