We started Eanet McCreary LLP with a simple idea: provide a select group of clients with the highest caliber legal representation available. We are a boutique law firm located in Los Angeles, California, catering to the litigation needs of commercial real-estate investors, new and growing businesses, select individuals, public agencies, and educational institutions.

The Firm’s founders, Duncan McCreary and Matthew Eanet, both hail from established, national law firms.  Collectively, they possess over 16 years of litigation experience and have tried dozens of cases to verdict.  Eanet McCreary LLP is committed to providing our clients with both the exceptional legal talent they need to succeed, but also with the exceptional client service they deserve.

Our small size allows us to streamline operations, increase efficiencies, and reduce overhead.  We pass these savings along to our clients in the form of reasonable hourly billing rates.  We also have the freedom to offer our clients flexible and creative fee arrangements, including fixed fees, milestone payments, and both partial and full contingency.

Unlike large law firms, all of our attorneys possess substantial experience in their areas of practice.  This means that clients don’t pay to train our lawyers.
